Ultradex MK IV Automatic (Horizontal Axis)

Standard Duty

This configuration will but the ULTRADEX MK IV in a vertical position (horizontal axis). With this bracket the indexer will index a maximum part load of 50 ft/lbs for the 8" model, 100 ft/lbs for the 12" model, 225 ft/lbs for the 16" model, 300 ft/lbs for the 24" model, and 600 ft/lbs for the 36" model.

Accessories "C" & "D" will bring the table axis to the swing height as shown on the chart.

Medium Duty

With this configuration the indexer will index a maximum part load of 75 ft/lbs for the 8" model, 125 ft/lbs for the 12" model, 250 ft/lbs for the 16" model, 325 ft/lbs for the 24" model, and 650 ft/lbs for the 36" model. Note: Accessory "G" Extended Axle Bearing is required for this configuration.

Heavy Duty

With this configuration the indexer will index a maximum part load of 100 ft/lbs for the 8" model, 175 ft/lbs for the 12" model, 325 ft/lbs for the 16" model, 550 ft/lbs for the 24" model, and 1,000 ft/lbs for the 36" model. Note: Accessory "G" (Extended Axle Bearing) & "E" (Heavy Duty Support Casting) is required for this configuration.
